Terms of Service

  • First arrived, first served. I will follow the order of the waitlist. No rush orders allowed.

  • Delivery Time : 1 to 2 weeks per YCH. (Note that I have health issues, which can sometimes delay the delivery time. I also have a shitty PC that freezes and crashes often.)

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

  • Payment upfront (via Ko-fi)

  • Refunds ONLY before work has started.

  • No refunds once work has started.

  • I'll need a reference of your character.

  • +50€ for a design (+100€ for commercial use), if you don't already have one.

All money from commissions
goes towards life essentials and Vtuber Debut.

  • You don't need to have specific ideas for the design you want, having a colour palette and a general theme is enough. I will be asking questions, don't worry.
